Southport ALP Candidate to host a brunch event to celebrate Mother’s Day
ALP candidate Chris Chiang has launched an invitation for Southport mothers to celebrate this important day.
The event will take place in Click Restaurant in the Courthouse Hotel on Nerang Street. Doors will open at 11am Sunday the 8 of May.
“It is important to celebrate mother’s, not only in this special occasion, but on a daily basis because of the beautiful gift they’ve given us, which is life,” Mr Chiang said.
All attendants will receive a special gift from the candidate to the seat in parliament.
The purpose of this event also is to have a chat will moms from Southport in order to listen to what they have to say about Mr. Chiang’s policies, as well as to gather new ideas.
“I can not stress enough the importance of listening and actually paying attention to what the electorate has to say, it is beneficial for politicians to incorporate new ideas from the people who elect them,” Mr Chiang said.
