The First Debate Day - Brief Speech (one munite presentation)

Australian Labor Party

A Bigger and Better Soutport

Good afternoon ladies and gentle men, my name is Chris Chiang, the candidate of Australian Labor Party for 2011 Southport state election. I have lived for a long enough time to understand Southport’s needs and desires. I have joined ALP for 11 years, and participated in the state and federal elections with Bligh and Gillard in the past experiences.
To briefly introduce our policies. The first policy of Elderly Social isolation is aiming to encourage elder people a healthy and relaxed community lifestyle of Southport. The second, Water Fight aims to decrease water prices. The third, due to the population growth, we aim to reduce the increasing traffic flow of Transportation. The fourth is to promote the Southport area by launching a Tourism campaign and advertising the area advantages. The last of Education, aims to enforce student’s attendance and enrolment, to decrease drop outs during the school time.
I am looking forward to meeting and conversing with the people of Southport. It's time for me to have an opportunity to improve of the future of this great city.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Chiang
ALP candidate of 2011 Southport Election
