Air-Service Roams the Universe
Virgin Blue Airline is going to launch the world’s first commercial “Spaceliner” and its base at the Gold Coast Airport.

According to Sir Richard Branson, Spokesperson of Virgin Blue, a speaceliner will be able to travel six passengers and two pilots with a speed of 2000 kilometres per hour.

As these spaceliners increase in size, more people will be able to experience space flight, and perhaps one day humans will be able to roam the universe,” Mr Branson said.

The Gold Coast City Council approved spaceliners program on 10 December 2010, “I am so proud to have this happen in Australia, and right on the Gold Coast.

“A second space base is building in Mexico and a third in Holland, to open the doors to world travel,” Mr Branson said.
